Summer Bible Study Fun: Come one, come all! Beginning this Wednesday, June 6th, 7:30 p.m., this summer we will be having Bible Study on the light side – the fun side. We’ll be doing the Mayberry Bible Study series. So, come watch Andy, Aunt Bea, Opie, Goober, Ernest T. and especially Barney each week followed by Biblical points and lesson living as a Christian.
You won’t want to miss Barney’s First Car, Rafe Hollister sings, the Darlings, the Big House, Ernest T. Bass gets married and many, many more. Who says Faith can’t be fun. 7:30 each Wednesday starting June 6th!
Youth Mission Trip: From July 8 through 12 the youth group will spend time serving in mission alongside their brothers and sisters at the Massanetta Springs Camp and Conference Center in Harrisonburg, Virginia. During the trip, youth will have an opportunity to share Christ’s love by participating in mission experiences at nearby work sites. Additionally, each day the youth will have an opportunity for team building and worship. Possible mission activities that will be completed are painting homes, helping with Vacation Bible School, working in a childcare center and farm work. Keep an eye out for our upcoming fundraisers and please prayerfully consider attending or making a donation. If your youth member would like to attend, or you would like to chaperone, please contact Kim.

The Lillie Circle will be collecting gently used women’s and children’s clothing for INTERACT, an organization that assists battered women. If you would like to help, you can leave any donations in the New Beginnings classroom. The drive will continue through the month of June. Thank you in advance for any help that you can provide.
Baby Shower for Kimberly and Levi: The Youth Group and the ladies of the church are pleased to invite the congregation to a baby shower honoring Kimberly and her infant son, Levi on Saturday, June 16th, between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm in Fellowship Hall.
A Congregational Meeting has been set for June 24th for the purpose of voting on the Congregational Bylaws. The Session will be presenting the Bylaws to the Congregation for review and approval.
Fund Raiser for Youth: As a fund raiser for their mission trip to Virginia in July, our youth group will be having a bake sale immediately following the congregational meeting on June 24th.
